Our founder, Val Stratford, grew up here in Utah with local values of family, supporting his community, and dreaming big. The team is very responsive to our needs and is the best value. We have home, auto and businesses covered by the Stratford Group. - They ask the right questions (explaining why they ask these questions) to specifically cover your needs to not only get proper coverage but also to not unnecessarily charge for over coverage. - getting protected isn’t easier anywhere else.

I've been using SIG for years and they really are top notch. They're always easy to work with and quick to respond. I even had an issue with my mortgage where it moved vendors and my insurance wasn't transferred right away. SIG covered the policy cost while it got moved over! Can't recommend these guys enough.

I work with Heather and she hooked me UP! She went through the details on my policy, what I wanted to include, what I didn’t want to include, etc. and I knew exactly what I was getting when I changed my policy to progressive. At first I didn’t have an intention on switching but she gave me a lot of helpful information and gave me a quote with renter’s insurance included; and it was worth changing the policy because I saved money and got more bang for my buck. I am writing this with the hope the owner of this insurance company to read this message. A good friend of mine, her toyota priyas got racked by the van whose insurance is stratford. my friend's car was parked, and the van just pushed the car through. The police report was written and they were contacted by Monday afternoon. As of today, Sunday,… their agent has been doing nothing but ignoring, avoiding and being absolutely unavailable for my friend. She has been calling multiple times both the office and the agent's cell only to be told there was nothing he could do at the time. ONE WEEK

I called on 7/26/17 trying to get a Liability Insurance Quote for my new company. I talked to Colby at 1:52pm and was told he would call me back in about half an hour. At 4:43pm I still hadn't heard from him so I again called, I was put on hold and the person who answered the phone talked to Colby who and told me he had left but would call me as soon as we got off the phone and let me know the situation.
