My wedding was on May 26th, 2019. After waiting until I received my albums at the beginning of February 2021 I am finally able to write an honest review. While I can attribute some of that time passed to the pandemic, I cannot allow the pandemic to take the fall for the lack of communication.
Let's start at the beginning. Giovanni was fantastic during the planning process. Extremely helpful with planning the timeline of him arriving and receptive to the shot list I provided. Everything from the initial meeting at his beautiful studio to the fluid process of organizing the event, to recommending beautiful locations for photo shoots, to being an absolute professional, to staying in great contact with us until we received our beautiful wedding album, video, and digital pictures. Let me start off by saying this review is no reflection of the actual photographers and videographers who worked the day of our wedding. They did a FANTASTIC job capturing our wedding day. This review is a reflection on the business aspect and the excessive amount of aggravation that we have had with Giovanni in the past 2 years and his business. I don’t take leaving negative reviews lightly, however, I feel that I must be honest with the experiences we had with Giovanni himself.
