We've had a ton of problems finding an appraiser in the Destin area for a condo we're buying. One guy got COVID, the second guy said he'd do it and then he disappeared. I finally called Lee at Destin Appraisals. What an amazing and professional man. Although his schedule was packed, he still was able to fit us in and turn our appraisal around in a matter of just a few days. Our purchase process has been a nightmare, but Lee came in and saved the day. Professional, kind, responsive...I've been doing commercial transactions for over 30 years, and I've never worked with anyone better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I had some questions about getting an appraisal and when I call the appraiser guy answered and listened to my questions and gave me the answers that I needed to proceed with my plan to refinance my property, I just wanted to make sure my improvements will be counted towards my original purchase price. He was nice to spend the time to answer my questions and gave me great information, so I would definitely use him if I could, but I know that picking an appraiser is the bank's choice, but he was good!
