Maggie King is, first and foremost, a storyteller - both conversationally through words and actions, and visually through art and photography. Spend five minutes in her presence and you'll feel like an old friend being regaled with stories - from her small-town upbringing, to her world travels. Spend five minutes perusing her images and you'll feel transported to the place and time they were captured.

Maggie discovered a passion for photography at the age of 15 when she volunteered for the yearbook committee as a high school freshman. Starting her journey as a photographer limited to film and darkroom chemicals forced her to learn the importance of perfecting the shot well before digital cameras and Photoshop were a thing.
