Services
Q: How do I view one of your rental properties? Call first to make sure the key for the property you're interested in is available. In order to view a property you will to provide a $50 key deposit (cash) and a valid photo ID, and we will give you a key to view the property. As soon as you return the key, we return your $50 deposit.
The Fowler Company has been managing my property for a year and the service has been excellent. Since I live on the west coast it is important that my property management company is reliable and dependable for both myself as the property owner and my tenants. The team at Fowler is quick to respond to the tenants request and I am notified immediately as to what is going on.

I've rented from several property management companies, and although it seems they are all slumlords and treat you like second-class citizens, The Fowler Company is by far the worst in every way. The staff is rude, unprofessional, condescending and downright mean. Victoria is obviously not well educated, and not fit for her position in the company. Leah is nice enough, but still very rude and uncaring of your issues. I will NEVER rent from them again. As soon as my lease is up, I am out of here. If you have to rent from them, I would suggest you be ready to take control and fix any problems

Seriously NEVER rent from them! One of the most unprofessional and manipulative companies I have ever done business with. They lied and stole money from us as leasers. Victoria Shaw is very condescending and their entire team was incredible was unethical.

DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY. If i could give zero stars I would. This is absolutely the worst company I have ever professionally dealt with in my life. They took over my lease from a previous company and ever since that happened it was horrible. They not only had horrible customer service, Victoria Shaw in particular, and were terribly difficult to contact, but they broke our lease agreement on MULTIPLE instances and then would not give our full security deposit back (even though there was no circumstance in which it should not have been given back). I would be taking them to small claims court

This is a twisted and unethical business.

I began renting through this company after my landlord switched through multiple rental agencies. This one takes the cake. I absolutely agree with Lucas's review...the people in the office refuse to handle questions, refuse to make things right, and make any small issue gigantic for anyone involved.

Let me also say: I paid my rent six months in advance, and I still had huge problems. Disappointing they didn't think of my repeat business.

My roommate turned out to be a huge hassle, and when I let the company know that my roommate had copied

Unfortunately, I rented a house through this company and although the owner of the house was a nice guy and easy to work with, The Fowler Company was just the opposite. On multiple occasions, the people at this office were very rude and condescending to me over the phone, namely Victoria Shaw. One time in particular I called and she was being very rude to me to the point where I had to tell her that she was being rude. She did not stop being rude after that until I told her that I didn't call her for her to be rude to me, I called to get information about our lease.

I would not recommend

The Fowler Company walks a fine line between keeping the property and apts legal according to SC law and tenants rights. They will fix something-if you call and complain repeatedly for days. Upkeep of the building and outside area is dismal. I was there 2 years and the only time they clean/fixed the outside, including something so simple as raking the leaves, was right before the property owners (who live out of town) came to check on the place.

While the staff at the office is nice and friendly, don't take everything they say at their word. I rented an apartment from them and when I viewed
