When a deer leapt into my car door, I called allison Hodges. It was Memorial Day. She called me back in 5 minutes! She helped me contact the specific insurance provider at Cincinnati Insurance, Dan Duran, who followed up promptly and advised me of options. He was extremely engaging and seemed really intent on helping us find an optimum outcome. I emailed photos to body shop and Dent Busters in Raleigh; they could tell the fix would not be as simple as we'd hoped, potentially requiring removal of the door, some body work and painting. That would have easily exceeded our deductible of $500
