Bucky's Express are state of the art gas stations, convenience stores, and car washes. RDH Engineering has provided complete engineering services for Buchanan Energy on multiple stores in several states. The design includes everything from the coordination of convenience store equipment to interceptors for the car wash.

Mechanical and plumbing renovation for upgraded and energy efficient equipment in historic courthouse, where the budget was of concern as part of county funding. RDH designed an upgrade to the boiler and chiller plant to increase energy performance and add redundancy. Three existing inefficient boilers were replaced with modular condensing high efficiency boilers.
Complete HVAC and Plumbing design for a new 60,000 square foot elementary school. The HVAC system consists of a high efficient ground source heat pump plant which produce chilled water and hydronic heating water simultaneously. The primary air for the building is delivered using air handling units and at the room level variable air volume terminal boxes are used to reduce fan energy in the building.
RDO provided a unique challenge as part truck dealership and part large scale truck service and repair shop. Thus standard office areas were juxtaposed next to a parts warehouse and truck repair bays with CO/NOX detection and alarm systems, and oil/sand separators.
