Our approach is simple. We believe that health is amongst our most valuable possessions. And while we generally meet people after they've lost their health, our commitment is two-fold. We're committed to teaching our patients that true health is a journey, not a destination. Through educational opportunities (like this website), we hope to communicate the value of ongoing chiropractic care.
I chose to become a chiropractor because I, myself, was helped by a chiropractor when I was a young adult. Before that, I had aspired to become a medical doctor. I had injured myself while running track at Spoon River College and it looked like I was going to be unable to run a race that might qualify me for Nationals.
We use a number of highly-effective adjusting approaches to help improve spinal biomechanics and reduce nervous system interference. The approach we use is based on our clinical judgment and years of experience. Testing the strength of specific muscles of your body helps us find structural, chemical and mental problems and monitor your results.
We will take you back to perform a quick exam that may lead to some x-rays depending upon outcome of exam. Also upon exam outcome we like to perform some type of therapy on the chief complaint to help you get better faster. The Doctors will look at your x-rays (if taken) to determine the best outcome and adjustment for your problem.
We offer our paperwork online so you can download, print and complete it in the convenience of your own home. This lets us know what's happened, but perhaps more important, where do you want to take your health? If your health issue is the result of a car accident, we need some additional information.

Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. After my x-rays, he sat down and went over everything with me and explained my options . Today was my second visit and I have to say ,after being treated, I don't come home and hurt for a few days afterward, like I have in the past. Couldn't ask for a better staff. Very affordable, will let you make payments, if need be. After two visits, I still have nothing but good, to say. I look forward to my next treatment.
