We always have a special running, which allows us to provide our customers with great deals on custom printing and custom printed products.

I reached out to Maddy's Print Shop to assist my AEC (architecture, engineering, consulting) firm in establishing a relationship with a local print shop for our Florida offices. I needed a large full-color book (500+) pages printed and bound to be presented as a high quality deliverable for our clients.
While the folks that own and manage this shop are very friendly (Steve and Frederick), this particular print shop simply did not have the attention to detail that we require, and made repeated errors on the job that necessitated a missed deadline of 2 weeks.

I found them via a Google search for a large format print job. The man on the phone seemed rushed and impatient. Needless to say the job was wrong. They refused to fix it without charging me again. A little customer service training could go a long way. Make sure they are listening and they understand what you are asking for. Any don't make the mistake of paying up front like I did.
