Blockwise is an industry leader in balloon wrapping (balloon folding) equipment. These machines pleat a balloon to form a number of "wings", and wrap the wings around the catheter shaft. A stent crimping machine compresses balloon-expandable stents, thereby attaching the stent to the balloon catheter.
