It is almost hard to find the words to describe how highly I recommend Berry Construction. My house flooded with literal fecal matter not once, but twice, one month before my little brother's wedding. A wedding where I was hosting 12 family members in my home. One month before the wedding, a pipe backed up and flooded my entire downstairs with raw sewage, a level three contaminate. My entire downstairs had to be complete ripped out to the studs, my kitchen, living room, dining room, closet, stairway, and bathroom. It was one of the most traumatic and stressful incidents I have ever dealt with and

24 years ago Randy Berry discovered mold in my HVAC system and determined the return vet tube was being submerged in water, under my raised foundation, during the wet weather. This explained all our illnesses in the house. He cleaned and sealed the ventilation system and replaced the submersed tube. Also a pump was installed to prevent future problems. Other contractors missed the mold! I've used Berry Construction many times over the years including a remodel and room addition. Great communication, easy going, very competent, reasonable prices and beautiful work. AAA+++!!!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Berry helped coordinate a project to find a roof leak, assess the root cause, and ultimately replace the roof. They also fixed the internal drywall and damaged beams, and capped a wood fireplace chimney. The work, coordination with multiple contractors, and communication were all great.

We had significant leak that caused water damage. The mitigation company recommended them. However, I would not recommend them. This is because they do not check the work. For instance, we had flooring upstairs they were going to replace. At first instead they only replaced some pieces and there were noticeable gaps in the flooring. I think any contractor knows u cannot simply replace specific pieces. Also the kitchen ceiling was redone. Unfortunately they left noticeable lines in the ceiling. It took them three times to get it right and we had to tell them. Lastly, when replacing the toilet near
