If you are looking for a shop that performs repairs accurately, stands behind the work they do, and actually takes care of the customer then go elsewhere. As a repeat customer having other services performed here, I am very disappointed with Curtis and how he treated me when an issue came up with a repair made by his shop. I gave Curtis 2 opportunities to fix/repair the issue and neither time did they fix the issue. I ultimately had to go elsewhere to have the repair made correctly, costing me more time and money. Curtis, you were dishonest in your dealings with me on the issue, incapable of performing

Do not take your vehicle here!!! I took my truck here for preventative maintenance and ended up having all sorts of problems afterwards. The mechanic that did the replacement on my timing belt and water pump did a terrible job. I noticed a leak after the work was done and took my truck back to CJ's twice for them to look at it and correct the problem only to be told that I had a bad head gasket and would have to pay an additional $2500 to get this fixed on top of the $1000 I already spent. I drove up at around 3:30 today (Friday) to see if the could fit me in for a tire rotation. The lady (sorry can’t remember the sweet ladies name) jumped right on it and went to the back to ask. The young man came out and said absolutely! I was out in literally 25 minutes and they were all supper friendly!!! I will go back going forward!!! Thanks CJ Tire and automotive!

Don't take your vehicle to them there all lazy there I bought brand new tires from them they rotated them twice take it up there a 3rd time to get my tire fixed and rotated and was told to leave it there so that they can do what I needed them to do to find out they forgot so when I get there they pullit in the bay for about 30 minutes for them to tell me they can't get my lug nuts off when there the one's who put the tires on and rotated them twice before I do not recommend anyone to use them I want be back

Nice folks but my altinator went out so I had it towed to their shop. They put a new one on and I asked them if they checked the battery. They said they did. Less than a week later my car wouldn't start so I had it towed to their shop again. Turns out, the battery was dead. No one checked the battery. They charged me $250 dollars for a battery replacement and would only pay me back for half the tow charge even though it would have never been towed back in the first place if they had checked the battery.

We took our van to have the automatic door fixed. They couldn’t fix it, kept it for a total of a week and half, and charged us hundreds for the parts and labor. When we got it back, not only was it not fixed, but now you can’t open the door AT ALL, they cracked the inside panel, got grease on the ceiling fabric, warped an outdoor panel, and broke the track so the door literally starts falling off if you try to open in. I took it back to have Curtis look at it. He basically offered to do free labor if I paid for the parts that THEY BROKE. So we paid them hundreds to bust up our van. If I took
