I was one of those guys that thought WC insurance would take care of me without legal representation. Then one day in the middle of being treated they closed my case without warning. When I questioned the WC insurance agent I caught her in a blatant lie and contacted Russell Haugen at my wife's recommendation. He quickly got the case re-opened and… ended up getting me a total knee replacement. I was also awarded a settlement and money set aside in case any further treatment is required.5 and a half years from the injury to settling the case. Highly recommended,

After the 2 1/2 years it took to settle my case, these lawyers took it upon themselves to make decisions, without my approval or even speaking to me first, that cost me an additional $13,000. Their decisions meant that they took more of the settlement than I received. I had the opportunity to stay with one of their partners when he left the firm but I stuck with them. Big mistake! I highly suggest you find a different firm that has your best interest at heart, as this firm does not.

After 2 1/2 years, this firm finally settled my personal injury suit. A partner was my initial attorney and he didn't know how to "monetize my case" (his words). It seemed he wanted me to do the work for him. Once he was let go or quit the firm, I was placed with two new attorneys. They finally got my case settled for $50,000. Good news? Nope! They decided to take it upon themselves to contact my bankruptcy trustee to inform them of the settlement even tho I supplied them with my discharge papers and my bankruptcy attorney had told them that there was no legal basis to do so since
