We experienced water damage on beautiful wooden floors 2 years ago. Brian responded on the day we discovered the first drops seeping through and saw us through to pipe repair and complete flooring replacement. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Brian also takes an interest in the life events of his customers. Brian visited us (bearing meals) when Darren came home from the UAB burn center in Feb. and when we came home with the grand twins in July. Gotta love that kind of attention and support!
