I could not have had a better experience with this company. They have managed my property for over 10 years. They have been extremely responsive to my needs in obtaining and retaining renters over the years. When it was time to sell and I lived several states away, Rani helped me through the entire process. I’ve lived in an apartment managed by Divine Invesents for 9 years. I know I can depend on them to address any issues I have in a timely manner. Danny, who does our maintenance is so friendly and helpful, even my kids talk about how nice he is. Overall just a really trustworthy company to work with. I was recommended Rani and Divine Investments back in 2008 to manage my property in RI after we moved to CA, that we rented out for almost 7 years before selling it. Having DI manage our 2nd floor condo rental, my neighbors 3rd floor rental (after he relocated) and eventually our condo association also was a true peace of mind and great investment. Be Aware!! Rani is a crooked person. She rents to drug dealers and theifs. Rani says she does background checks on tenants but does not. She gave me the name to one of her tenants but I found out the lady was using her sister's name when I had to call the police. One of her tenants would move people in and out her apartment. That same tenant was outside chasing two females with a knife. A second tenant would have people on the street all hours of the night drug trafficking. Furthermore the upkeep of her property is Disgusting. I seen a tenant get evicted in the morning and her moving someone

UPDATE: YELP, really needs to make a feature that prevents the owners of business from contacting and harassing reviewers. RANI, has emailed repeatedly and threaten to have my review removed. This management​ company did manage my properties. She did a horrible job and I'm simply stating my experience.
