The VanNess team steered me through what was, to me, a thorny estate resolution. Denise VanNess showed a thorough grasp of the situation every time we spoke. Just spoke to one of the Van Ness members regarding my deceased father's Estate.
Within our approximately 3 minute conversation, he managed to spit out,
Mayuuumm, Hooww oolldd arrre youuuu? I answered 10 and he hung up. Good Riddance!@!
He also, mentioned that he was aware that the Estate was not a trailer. (Because why?? He can't be bothered with the "little people.")
Also, Mr. Van Ness, "Mayummm, Do youuuu waaant an Attorney or not???"
**Incredibly rude, impatient and condescending!

I hired Denise VanNess back in 2015 to represent me in my brother's estate after his passing, as I was made the executor. Knowing little to nothing about the situation, Denise and her assistant's were there for me every step of the way. When calling her office with questions, I would be greeted by the receptionist in a professional and pleasant demeanor. If Denise was not available, her assistant would take the call and answer the question, but if she was unable to answer it she would have Denise call me the next day. Denise's knowledge

I came to Ms. VanNess during a very difficult time in my life and she took me under wing. Not only is she extremely intelligent and knowledgeable but, her advocacy in the courtroom was extraordinary effective. I always felt like she had my best interest at heart. I called 9/14/18 about a probate case in which the executor is abusing her power. the secretary answers, i ask if i can have a consult. well, as it turns out the secretary gathers the info and reports to (i assume) an attorney then calls me back and says "we can't take your case" never got a consult, and when i asked if they called my previous attorney, she said "well, i didn't". sloppy work ethic at best. they can't be bothered unless hundreds of thousands are at stake. BEWARE OF THESE PEOPLE!!!!
