This place is a lifesaver called around to photo printing places to get a photo sized down for a locket and no one knew if they could but I happen to be walking by here walked in asked and John was able to get the photos I needed to the perfect size and quality in no time at all !!! Every time I come her to get a print job done he claims he can't do it! I've come three times and he always lies and says he will call me or email me when he finds out what he can do!!! I run a business that needs labels made!! I can't wait around for you to call me!!! I think he doesn't like black people!! His name is Tom I believe! Black folks stay away from this shop

It is so refreshing to work with a company that still values and preserves customer service. Great staff. Melissa is a busy master print representative and works wonders, and always with a smile on her face: Whether it's a big project or something on a more personal scale, I'm always happy with the service and results each time I have a printing project. PIP was great, from the moment you call, to the end of a job and receiving the finished product. Staff is professional, responsive, and prompt. I had a short window of time to complete a Large print and packing mailing and my contact Sam and his team were Awesome. Even when I had to go back and change certain items, or had to ask for extra time on our order, Sam was patient, understanding and assured me our job would be done on time...and it was!!! Thank you again...we will continue to use PIP and I don't think that will change anytime in the future.

Wanted to say thank you to John. Yesterday I had an emergency situation and I have just been turned down by OfficeMax in the worst way possible. I needed memorial programs for my stepfather's memorial which had already started. I really appreciate how John took the time and squeezed me in, when clearly they were busy. I really appreciate it so much you guys have no idea how stressed out I was and John helped me. Will be referring all my friends and family to you guys from now on.

They made the impossible, possible! I am so grateful for PIP Printing, specifically this one in Riverside. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Melissa. She is the sweetest and her customer service is superb! I was in dire need of notepads for a PR party, my office was hosting. I had pretty much called everywhere with no luck. The party was in less than a week and they needed to be done. Thankfully I called the Riverside PIP where they attended to my needs immediately and were able to get the notepads printed within less than 3 days.
