Cantwell Keogh & Associates was founded in 1991 to provide a professional level of service in Emergency Response Management and Training, Fire Safety Engineering Design and general safety related issues. The practice was established to fulfil an identified requirement from the market for full time, qualified and experienced consultants.
In 1997 the practice expanded to provide Process Safety Services. Our consultants are qualified engineers and have extensive experience in Industry and Local Authority. Our trainers are qualified and experienced in their areas of expertise and, like our consultants, work full time with Cantwell Keogh & Associates.

The practice was established to fulfil an identified need from the market for full time, qualified and experienced consultants. The practice expanded its portfolio to add Process Safety to its range of services. The Process Safety department of the practice specializes in the Pharmachem Industry and Seveso Consultancy.
Cantwell Keogh & Associates have a dedicated team of full time engineering, training and support staff. Donal Cantwell is a chartered civil engineer and a graduate of University College Cork. He has over 30 years specialist experience in fire safety engineering, training and management. Before co-founding Cantwell Keogh & Associates in 1991 with John Keogh, he served as a Senior Fire Officer with Waterford County and Cork County Fire Brigades.
Castlewarren Safety Centre is located on a 2.5 acre site in Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork. The facilities include a modern office block, lecture rooms, changing rooms, breathing apparatus work rooms and canteen, a 4 storey training building for live fires, large training yard with fire main and hydrants and a range of rigs for Confined Space training.
Cantwell Keogh & Associates does not wish to publish client lists or testimonials on the web site because of client confidentiality. We will provide confirmation of our particular expertise and specific client lists associated with a training service or consultancy function to individual prospective clients on request.
FAS/FETAC have developed courses for confined spaces entry. The courses must be held at FAS/FETAC approved centres, and must be delivered by FAS/FETAC approved instructors. Certification is administered through FAS/FETAC. Cantwell Keogh & Associates are one of only four approved centres in Ireland for FETAC confined spaces Training courses, and the only approved centre in the South Munster area.
