Dave is highly experienced in all aspects of real estate from loans to closure. The most valuable aspect of his work is he always has all bases covered and provides details daily to his clients of the full situation during the transaction. Of course he also is very savvy in marketing a property to get the highest price. That is what he did for us, and our experience left us extremely satisfied. I should note that his knowledge and familiarity of the Ventura County market is exceptional.
