Falk Construction is a true custom homebuilder. If our customers needs a lot that they want there dream home built on we can assist in that as well. Once the lot is secure, we can build from plans you have or from plans we provide, or any plans for that matter. That's why we put energy efficiency first as a standard practice. An impact feature that sets us apart is our superior HVAC system, with a 96% Carrier furnace and a 16 steer AC unit with custom ductwork that is specifically engineered for each home.

Great experience with our basement finish! Contractor and subs showed up when they said they would. All subs were extremely professional and left the job site clean and tidy each day. We got a great result and they complete the job well under budget. Thanks to Dennis and his subs for a job well done!

Falk Construction Inc. built my house in 2004. We have loved our home. We have not had one problem with our house. I knew that our home was built wonderfully because of the quality and care that the builders put into our home. One thing I love about the builders that built are home was they were very honest and helped our family through the process. They advice us on quality and value of products and helped us pick the correct products for us. If you are looking for a company with integrity and builds a beautiful and safe home I would definitely recommend Falk Construction Inc.
