Bad customer service experience. I talked to them on the phone twice and felt they were always rushed to get me off the phone. Wasn't willing to ask me questions about what I actually needed for my business. I don't know about their quality of signs but don't appreciate their lack of professionalism.

I received a custom tire cover for my Jeep Wrangler as a gift at Christmas time. I waited to put it on the back of my jeep because it was winter and I was afraid that it would get destroyed by the winter weather. Once the weather got nice I attempted to put on the cover. I could not get it on. I waited and took it to a garage because I thought it was possible that they would know more about it and be able to get it to fit the tire. I was told that I had the wrong size. I emailed Brockman Signs

I ordered a custom tire cover for my Jeep to promote my business. I had one before from another source that I wasn't particularly happy with. This one far exceeded my expectations. The artwork is outstanding, the tire cover fits perfectly, the material is durable and displays well, and the cost was very reasonable. I've used Brockman Signs for many occasions-- all have been great experiences! The staff is knowledgable and was extremely helpful when it came to finding what I needed. I've ordered banners, floor decals, car decals, and canvas boards and they all came back better than I had expected. The material used is durable and reliable. I wouldn't choose any other sign company!
