Services
Finding the best home construction company is as important as the process of building the home itself. You would want to hire contractors you can trust, local builders with an excellent record and years of experience to back it up. If you're planning to build a home, need help with renovations and home additions, or simply just looking for expert advice on how to plan home construction, then you are on the right page.
As a full-service construction company, VP Construction, LLC is fully equipped to provide you with a wide range of design and building services that will suit your specific needs and budget. Our experienced design-build team crafts homes, kitchens and baths that are both beautifully designed and built to last.
Many of VP Construction, LLC clients have trusted us with their residential and commercial projects in Northern Virginia, DC, Maryland & New York. Our clients have had a lot of positive things to say about us! We are thankful for these relationships that have spanned over 2 decades.

We could tell you all that, but why not let our clients tell you themselves why VP Construction, LLC is their Builder of choice in Northern Virginia, DC, Maryland & New York.We embarked a major renovation of our home but encountered issues created by Arlington County. The County had promised to issue our building permit but then abruptly refused to do so without an environmental land disturbance study.
VP Construction revolutionizes the way space is viewed and utilized with Pop Up Kings, a unit dedicated solely to building pop up additions in Arlington VA. Having a small lot shouldn't hamper you from expanding your home. Whether you need more space for your growing family or for a planned home office project, pop top house additions are the way to go.
Building your dream home from scratch costs a lot and takes a long time. In cities where homes are less expensive, building a new house might just be the smartest option, but in Arlington VA where living expenses are higher than average, you might want to invest on home additions if you are on a tight budget.

I moved to arlington earlier this year and was referred to VP by my neighbors. My fiancé and I were a bit nervous because we're first time home owners and we didn't know what to expect when it came to gutting almost the whole house. Tim Jr. was so helpful with walking us through every step of the process and would promptly send his guys out if I experienced any problems. Our house is so beautiful now and I know when/if we decide to sell it we'll definitely make the money back. I'm so grateful for this company!

We contracted with Tim VanVonno of VP Construction in March of 2019. They were responsible for numerous delays, a lack of communication, and the project was never fully completed. Like other reviewers, the rest of the matter has been in the hands of our lawyer. Unfortunately, in December of 2020, the company filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy. One of their sub-contractors, who they did not pay, put a lien on our house. Stay away from this company.

Our home addition began in the fall of 2017, and it's still incomplete (now Spring 2019) and not ready for final inspection. This is for a project that they estimated to take approximately four months. We would suggest others do a thorough due diligence with many of their prior clients, not just a few.
