I had a flat whole fishing out on the Norfolk and needed to get back to St. Louis. It was late Friday night when I got the flat and I put the donut on and figured I could limp to WalMart and when I did at 8:00 they advised it would be 4 hour wait. I then drove to Plumlee and 20 minutes later I am on the road with a fixed flat that cost 12 bucks. Very polite and nice and speedy.

When you wait for your car or truck for them to put the tires on it dont take them very long to put them either.I like the service there.

Yes, this tire shop is almost everything you would desire. Fast, affordable, honest. But it has a few faults. Be aware that if you arrive at break time, lunch time or near quitting time you won't get service. It's beyond me that a service based company can allow all their workers to take a break at the same time and force customers to wait 15-30 min. Stagger breaks! And although they close at 5:00 pm they 'try to get out of here' at 4:45 pm so don't expect service then either.

And not that anyone list a clean environment in their tire shop requirements but it's definitely

You won't find a business anywhere in this area that is owned and managed by more honest, hard working folks than the Plumlee brothers. They've been in business a long, long time and have lots of loyal customers. Service is provided in a prompt and friendly manner.

I wouldn't buy tires anywhere else.
