This review is a long time coming. I am a co-owner of a Real Estate firm in Richmond, VA and work with many builders each and every year for clients who choose to build a home. When my wife and I decided to choose a builder in the Outer Banks we relied on our local OBX Realtor, Ron Ryan (who we also love) for advice as to whom to choose as our builder. Ron suggested Olin Finch as one of the best builders in OBX.

Olin Finch and his builders were able to build a roof over our outside stairwell, providing us with a dry entry to our house, when other builders we talked to said they did not think it could be done. The workmanship was excellent and the construction was done expeditiously. Moreover, Olin stood by his work and came back long after the work was done, and fixed a small part that suffered some wind damage. I would highly recommend Finch and Company. The work was superior and the price was very reasonable. It's hard to find contractors in the Outer Banks that have as much integrity as Finch and Company
