This position involves performing Private Provider inspections at residential & commercial properties throughout Central Florida. Conduct field inspections of work in progress or completed projects under approved building permits for conformance with the Florida Building Code and other national and local codes or ordinances.
The Senior Laboratory Technician is responsible for the daily operation of the laboratory. He is also responsible for laboratory testing and recordkeeping of all test results and provides on-the-job training of additional laboratory technicians. The Senior Laboratory Technician position requires ACI Certification as a Concrete Strength Testing Technician, Grade I.
