Stopped going here years ago. Pros: they can usually squeeze you in, in a pinch. Personable staff. Their work seems fine. Cons: no matter your "rapport" as a repeat customer or neighbor, they will kindly gouge you or your loved one for items that you don't really need or could do yourself. Antics I expect from Jiffy Lube, not an independent shop that's been in the community for years. If you do go here, try to know what you actually need and guard your wallet.

Always friendly, efficient, extremely knowledgeable and extremely fair prices. They have been able to service all of our vehicles ranging in age of 2003-2016 quickly and even have the ability to restore headlamps as though they were brand new. Always a pleasure to see them!

Called at 4pm to see if they would take my daughters car for an oil change. They close at 5 they said as long as you get here by 4:30. They took real good care of her. Prices are good.

Just found out that a friend of mine brought her car in for an inspection at the end of this summer.
He convinced her to pay over $1600 for all 4 corners of brakes; Greenlawn Automotive replaced them 7,400 miles ago!!!!

Honest, fair, friendly. Tom and Sean have taken care of my family's cars for more than 30 years. When I come in, they ask about my mom. This is a trustworthy local business that does a great job and understands what customer service is all about. PS - We've got a Subaru Legacy. Tom and Sean have also taken care of our 2 Honda Accords and a Civic, a Toyota Corolla, 2 Volkswagen Squarebacks, and a Plymouth Volare.

Have been using Tom and Sean since I moved to greenlawn. I have been servicing my Lexus RX with them and never had any issues.

I've been going to Tom for more than 20 years and trust him completely. I have never been pressured to do additional work and have always gotten a phoned estimate before anything was done.

One of the nice things about leaving the area with our family's many cars was getting away from the most dishonest, unethical auto repair outfit I've ever encountered. You watch, pretty soon he'll move over his Yelp presence to Greenlawn Service, unclaimed so he can drop the negative Yelp reviews at this "Auto Center" URL. I see Tom Clark or is it Clarke is probably doing "one shot wonders" on google reviews, they're all glowing and that's all they've done, one time. An update on my recent review. I brought the car back the very next day and Shawn made good on his promise to swap the tires out for the Pirelli models and the work was done within a few hours.

Additionally, he followed up with me by phone a few days later and is sending some oil change coupons and the cost difference for the alignment.

Being in the service business I understand that things don't always go perfectly, but I could not have asked for anything else in the way the situation was handled and resolved after the fact. Thumbs up.

Tom and Shawn at Greenlawn are keeping my 2003 Jag X-type going! Always up front about expenses. Always do a terrific job. We are fortunate to have them in our community! I particularly like being able to access my car's repair history on line.

My family has been going to Tom for 16 years ever since we moved here from New England, for our Toyota and Chrysler/Dodge vans. Not once have we felt let down or misled. We learned about Tom from our favorite tire shop, All Weather Tires (Huntington Station) -- we asked for a recommendation for brake work.

I figured that if a top-notch place like All-Weather Tires recommends Tom for brake repairs, I should check it out. They were right. Sixteen years later we are still depending on Tom and we found him up-front and sincere in repair and maintenance on our vehicles and our kids' vehicles.

First time went there was over 5 yrs ago when I had them do our inspection. They failed me for windshield wipers! Wanted to charge me $60 for new wipers!

Went to local auto,parts got them for $23, walked over with my little kids and installed myself, but what a hassle! Took all day for something simple! I'm not sure if they just wanted to give me a hard time or what!

Tried to give them another shot a year ago, when I called and asked if he could do wheel bearings for a mercedes ML350, he said, I'll try!.....I'll try? I could try!

Excellent experience! It was getting late while we were on an overnight trip and our car broke down. Fortunately they were still open and we had our car towed there. They had it fixed by noon the next day! I couldn't believe how fast they were! Prices were fair and they did great work. The staff was courteous and friendly to talk to. It was scary at first since we didn't know the area, so we are thankful to have found a great mechanic like the one we had at Greenlawn Auto.

I’ve been converted. These guys are great. Tom is honest and a good man. I was looking for new tires on my 98 Accord. Their prices beat anyone in town. Very happy with the transaction. If you go, ask for Tom.
