Jared Anderson is experienced in handling complex and contested estate matters. The firm handles disputes over estate property, executors failing to perform their legal duties, defending executors from allegations of wrongdoing, and disputes over the validity of Wills and other legal documents. When a person passes away, family members unfamiliar with the legal system can suddenly be thrust into the middle of an unfamiliar whirlwind.
If you believe that an invalid Last Will and Testament has been produced to your detriment, it is important to retain proper legal counsel and consider your options for challenging it. Wills must be executed in Tennessee according to state law, and Wills that do not comply with our state law are not entitled to be given legal effect.
