Purchased my printer from here and was given amazing help and support as always! When speaking with the rep she advised I might want to get the extras (ink, paper, maintenance tank) while I was at it so I’d have it . I ended up just grabbing the printer, and here I am ordering those things just because actually I’d rather have it as she said just to be on the safe side. I ordered Friday afternoon and received my order this morning Sunday! Super pleased with this business and will definitely be back for my printing needs! Thank you guys for being amazing!!!

Absolutely love my Epson printer as well as the support of the staff at DTG. They are very knowledgeable and will not steer you wrong in your colors and media depending on the printing technology you use. It's really nice that they are just a phonecall away for anything and I am blessed that they are right here in my backyard (Tampa, FL). If you're ever in the area, be sure to check out their showroom - an EPSON CERTIFIED SOLUTION CENTER; these folks have one of everything!

We purchased a printer and cutter from DTG and couldn't be happier. Matt is really awesome and will do any and everything in his power to ensure you have a seamless training experience. There was an issue with the Summa cutter communicating with our computer and Matt didn't rest until it was rectified. It turned out to be a tiny fix in the end. Production has already tremendously increased, it's unbelievable, the benefits of good equipment! As long as Matt is head of tech support we will always be loyal customers.

I hate leaving a bad review. As a business owner I know how extremly important they are to the success of your business. However I must be honest today.
In 2019 we purchased a printer from DTG at a trade show the representatives spent time answering our questions and REASSURING us that they are always a phone call away. Even telling us MULTIPLE times to call for the littlest question "that is what we are here for"
When delivered we realized it was not compatible with our other office equipment there for we decided we did not want to keep it and we would like to return it.( Still in

Feeling extremely disappointed with the level of service. I have dealt with DTG since 2005. I am located in Vancouver British Columbia and they are located in Florida. I was extremely satisfied with the service however recently I presume I am no longer purchasing enough product and services to warrant a informative response. I emailed and called requesting technical information with regards to products that I have purchased from DTG.I was told by the staff at DTG that Scott Erickson would be the person to know the answer. I had the pleasure to work with Darren and Matt! The overall customer service, training and dedication was outstanding! I am extremely happy with my investment and felt great with the training I received from Matt, knowing that what and how he taught me would stick with me and I would be able to run these machines with ease! One of the things I enjoy when working with DTG is the knowledge of the people there. My account manager is very resourceful and keeps me updated on the latest technology for our business. Their website is easy to use and has a lot of information on it, but what I really love is the reward points I earn with every order. The one issue I have is every time I go to their learning center and Epson Solution Center I seem to find more things to purchase for my business. I guess that is not so bad!
