We used 621 Screen Printing for our company picnic T-shirts and they exceeded our expectations. We ordered over 700 shirts in 5 different colors ranging from sizes Youth XS to Adult 4X. We ordered using the email provided on the website and Monica and David were incredibly attentive. The invoice was easy to read and to pay and they worked well with our graphics.
The shirts were easy to unpack and they were already separated by size and color which we were so grateful for. Their customer service was superb, prices were fair, and all of our employees loved the shirts. 621 Screen Printing did an excellent job on both of my t-shirt orders. In 1983, Daniel graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School and went directly to the Art Institute of Houston. After earning his degree, he returned to San Antonio to begin a career in graphic design. After two years in the corporate world, Daniel became a freelance designer with dreams of owning his own business.

I had a specialty print request and Daniel (the owner) was amazing. I was hesitant to go to just anyone, but felt very comfortable that 621 Screen Print was the people for the job. The job was a bit more expensive than others, but I was looking for quality that would LAST!! My order was completed on time and he updated me during the process as well as sending me a mock up of how the apparel would turn out. Highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

My company has done 3 large orders with them, and so far each experience has been very positive. I dont think the other review on here does a good job representing this business, which i feel has done a great job working with us on making sure we get the final product that we want. We plan to continue using them in the future.

I'm sorry to write a review like this, but communication is huge for me. I feel like we were promised something, and were told it wasn't available the next time we spoke. We ended up not doing business after the representative I spoke to raised her voice to me, and voiced displeasure at the number of shirt color choices I made for my pet sitting business. If that was a problem, maybe it should have been discussed ahead of time. She didn't like being questioned, apparently.

621 Screen Printing did an excellent job on both of my t-shirt orders. They are very professional, friendly and eager to please the customer. They provided a proof t-shirt so I could see exactly what my product was going to look like before printing the entire order. The owner Daniel is a graphic designer and he did a great job in reconstructing an image of my high school mascot from a 30-year old photo I had. He was also patient with me as I made several changes to the t-shirt slogan before settling on a final version. He and his staff also offered ideas and alternatives when I was unsure about

My experience with 621 is always fantastic. I run a theatre and have used 621 as my source for graphic design for marketing and promotional purposes, along with printing t-shirts for production casts and crews. Their service is exceptional by providing excellent customer service, meeting production deadlines (and even doing rush jobs!), cost effective prices, superb quality in product, and providing a professional environment for both employees and clients. I am a repeat client, and will continue to be into the foreseeable future.
