La Mantia was our one-stop-shop for our landscaping, grading, drainage, and concrete driveway project. We had a very long old asphalt driveway in bad condition when we purchased our home. Everything went smoothly and received nothing but complements.

A condominium association in my neighborhood hired La Mantia Enterprises for snow removal services. Much to the surrounding community’s dismay, La Mantia Enterprises' two employees thought it would be a good idea to use leaf blowers to remove the fluffy dry snow. Unfortunately, La Mantia Enterprises’ two employees were using their leaf blowers at 1:30 AM. On a typical day, leaf blowers are annoying at best, but two leaf blowers are just downright unpleasant in the early morning hours of any night. La Mantia Enterprises doesn’t have much concern for their customers’ or other people’s experience

I contracted with LaMantia to replace the garage floor and asphalt driveway on my house built in 1977. The garage floor had sunk and the driveway had seen better days. Dominic, the owner, walked us through the process of how both the driveway and garage floor would be replaced with concrete. The project took 3 days to complete. We were impressed with the quality of the work and attention to detail, including the clean up of the work site at the end of each day. We are extremely pleased with the results, and would highly recommend his company.

I hired La Mantia Enterprises to remove and replace a garage floor and an asphalt driveway. The problems were numerous: 1/2" deep ridges left in the driveway from the rolling machine, areas in the asphalt where not enough material had been compacted in, low spots in the garage floor which collect water, garage door threshold that is too low on one side and will require remedial work to fix. The day that the crew installed the driveway, I noted the hurried manner in which they left the job - I'd never seen a crew leave a job that quick before! Later, my wife called to ask me why we had lines running

Family owned business that has been in this area for 3 generations. I got another quote from a different company before contacting La Mantia. Then I contacted La Mantia. I immediately decided to go with this company based on their history and quality of work. They were very responsive to any questions I had. I will not hesitate to use in the future and to recommend to family and friends.
