Initial things that come to mind about Chris and his team: straightforward, honest, professional, and responsive.
Chris and his team delivered results and come at 2.5 % commission vs the industry average 3%. The .5% is not a huge deal…
What really mattered to us was selling quickly for a good price.

I cannot even tell you how glad we were to have selected Chris Ognek for our home search. How good was our experience? Not only have I worked with Chris on the purchase of a home, but I recently worked with him on the sale of my home. Moving can be stressful, Chris took on all the stress of selling a home and told me where to be and when / what to sign. Having that level of stress removed is huge. I highly recommend Chris as your real estate agent. Based on a very pleasant phone conversation, he very promptly provided me with some detailed information and suggestions. That alone prompted me to select him as my agent for the sale of my property. Throughout the surprisingly quick process he kept me well informed and made thoughtful, logical recommendations. We worked with the realtor Chris Ognek and he was great! Super personable and professional. He always went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable as we are first time home buyers. Chris help us reach a life goal. We have always wanted to own some land and thanks to Chris and his team, we closed in May 2020 on our first single-family home together with over 5 acres of land. Chris and his team helped us set a price for our former home that would get it sold quickly and determine the value for the home we wanted to purchase.
