I have been renting commercial space from Anne for the past decade and it has been a very good relationship. Anne is grounded and honest--I truly appreciate that I never have to guess about what her plans are and what's going on with the building. She's a straight shooter.
When there's a problem she sends someone to fix it right away; and the people she uses are professionals in their work. She orchestrated an excellent remodel of the space, allowing us to have it just the way we wanted so we could be more efficient. We love the extra back office we have now.

Anne and her son, Judd, recently sold the building that I am a tenant in. She was good about notifying me about the process and upcoming visits to my unit. I told her that I would need to be there to let anyone in when they visited due to security concerns and she agreed. I was very flexible and worked to accommodate their needs. However, Anne did a few things that made me question her and her son's professionalism.
First, she stopped by my unit unannounced and that was unprofessional.

My wife and I have known Anne for over 20 years, both professionally and personally. She has handled the sale or purchase of four investment properties for us in the last three years. We recommend her without hesitation to other income property investors. She worked closely with us to maximize the value of the buildings we sold; we believe we added 10-15% to their value by heeding her advice. Anne has helped us manage the buying and selling of our income properties for several years.
