Dr. Stevy Raju received his bachelor's degree in biomedical sciences from the University of South Florida in Tampa. He went on to the University of Florida where he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree - GO GATORS! He not only excelled in a rigorous dental school curriculum, but added to his education with elective courses in implant, pediatric, and hospital dentistry.
Children & Teen Dental of Florida believe that pediatric dentistry is vital to your child's oral health. Taking your children to a pediatric dentist introduces them to the world of dental care and teaches them how to properly care for their smile. Our team members have special training in working with children, and we are experienced in providing the best possible care for them.

Our dental hygienist, Ms. Shirley was amazing. She allowed my nephew to touch the instruments before use to show him that it wouldn’t hurt and it wasn’t scary after all. She made him laugh and made what could have been a very scary visit a very fun time. When she was finished he told her that she was the best doctor ever and he wanted to tell her boss, how amazing she was.

My children have been going here for 10 years and I have watched this place go down hill. For today's appointment, I was running 10 minutes behind and even called first and was told it would be OK. However, when I got to the office, they would not see us nor work us in. I have been contemplating switching them over to Dr. Bopp and this is the final straw for me.
Update: I called and spoke with the office manager and she was very polite and accommodating. Because of her professionalism and sincerity, I decided to reschedule my children's dentist appointments and give Children and Teen Dental another

Absolutely the worst place ever! They won't let parents go back with there children. They barley explain anything that is going on with your child and just expect you do say yes to what they think should be done! OH and Wait now they are making my four year old son suffer cause they did work on him and hit his nerve and now he is in a lot of pain and has an infection and they can't do anything for him and no doctor will see him for five days. my son can not eat anything but apple sauce cause he can't bite down. a mother should not have to see he son is this much pain and when he comes up to me

I called and got a appointment the very next day after calling, which was great it was just a cleaning and check up like appointment we got there to find after X-rays and cleaning he had few cavities that needed filings and instead of having to make a new appointment and return they were amazing about allowing the problem to be taken care of right the. And there I was very glad for the care and convenience they offered and will definitely continue my children’s care here as well as refer them to my sister who struggles finding a dentist currently as well as others!
