Our highly trained staff uses a specially designed software tailored to each company's needs for accurate and compliant conversions every time.
In order to ensure timely and accurate filings, data presented for XBRL conversion must be delivered to our offices within one week (7 business days) of the due date set by the SEC. EDGAR conversion data must be presented to our offices within 3 days of the due date. Filing data that is not received within this timeframe may be subject to an expedited filing charge as detailed in the Filing Services Price List.
