The 10 Fitness - Bryant club is South off exit 123, convenient to both Benton and Bryant. Our new upgraded Bryant facility has considerably more room and all the favorite amenities. Along with tons of cardio and strength equipment, we feature message chairs, tanning, group exercise, Level 10 group training, premium free weights, a big screen cardio cinema, and an upgraded functional area.
We're excited to announce that our new Cabot location - next to WalMart - is now open! 10 Fitness Cabot features over 25,000 square feet of beautifully remodeled space, with all the amenities you want: Group Exercise, a Large Cardio Theater, Tanning Booths, Massage Chairs, Tons of Cardio, a Spacious Functional Training Area, a Huge Free Weight Area, and so much more!
Located on Harkrider across from WalMart, our Conway location is convenient to downtown Conway, Hendrix, UCA and Interstate 40. Situated in a huge, beautifully remodeled space that's across Harkrider from WalMart, 10 Fitness Conway offers plenty of room, plus all the equipment you need, to get the results you're looking for.
Located on Salem Road behind Jimmy Johns, our West Conway location is also our first "Express" concept. While 10 Fitness facilities are huge and full of amenities, 10 Fitness Express is a smaller location with 24-hour keycard access, and all the basics: A variety of Cardio Equipment, a full circuit of Weight Machines, a nice selection of light FreeWeights, and a Stretch and Abdominal area.
Super-convenient to the ASU campus, our Jonesboro club is located on Caraway Road, across from Old Navy. Already the most popular gym in Jonesboro, we've recently expanded and remodeled, adding a Cardio Cinema, Group Exercise, and additional room for Free Weights and Functional Training. Plus, you have the added convenience of being able to workout at any of our other locations, should you find yourself in Central Arkansas.

I had joined the military and when I left I cancelled everything due to I would be unable to maintain my accounts. My other gym memberships canceled my memberships without issue. This was the only gym that didn't and I then got to where I could access my phone and they had sent me to collections for the yearly contract. I have never had this bad of an experience and will never suggest this company to anyone..

I've been with 10 for about a year. I go every day. I love the staff. And I've grown quite partial to the early morning regulars as well. I feel that the price of the premium membership is well worth it and I will simply never leave. There isn't an overwhelming number of equipment options, but there is everything anyone would need. Furthermore, it's never so busy that I have to wait for any machine or treadmill to open up. I will always recommend 10 Fitness.

Best gym experience all around. The environment is really comfortable and the facilities are also really clean. All of my trainers here have been great, but my current trainer Tish is amazing. She listens to what I want as far as my goals and plans our workouts around that. She’s very flexible and so easy to talk to/schedule with. Everyone who works there is super cool actually! well worth the $10 - I have yet to have a bad experience.

Clean gym and is well maintained. Large variety of machines. I moved and contacted them that I needed to cancel and my contract had been up for 3 months. They continued to charge my card after having multiple conversations about canceling. Over 100 dollars and multiple calls to my bank and multiple headaches. 4 months of membership fees for nothing.

Used Cabot 10 Fitness while staying with family over the holidays and was welcomed and offered a free 1 week trial pass for me to use while I was in town. The facilities were clean and orderly with well maintained equipment. Not a lot of frills, which you would expect from a low cost membership gym like this, but the locker rooms were nice and I even saw that had on-site child care. Great value for sure!
