This is one of the most unprofessional print places I've ever dealt with. I never heard back from a print project for a week and a half. Our first call, he said he could do it. After sending an e-mail and not hearing back, I called him. He didn't sound jazzed to do my idea, but once again said it shouldn't be a problem. He never got my number or name, never e-mailed back. Never got back to me.

My law firm hired Update Printing to handle our rebrand. Alex and the team handled everything from re-designing our logo, to business cards, letterhead, parking signs, and a directory for our building. They also did great work on our envelopes and client folders as well. The quality was outstanding--miles above what you'd see from VistaPrint or even many of the competitors in town. At the end of the day, they turned around a superlative product in the time period we requested, and did it at a price that was more than reasonable. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs any level of printing

Max and Alex are professional and have quickly returned my orders. There has only been one minor uploading issue, and it was resolved quickly with no disruption or delay in service.
