Smith and Son's Printing is a Knoxville, TN business that strives to provide quality printing services for the large and small customers alike. The founder, Bill Smith formed this family business in 1979 as a second job in the basement of the family home.
Bill started his career as a printer in 1957 and after 22 years of being an employee he saw an opportunity to become an entrepreneur by opening a company that could bring competitive pricing to the Knoxville printing market.He started by servicing local auto dealerships and small businesses. He worked to educate his sons and grandchildren in the art of printing.

E-proofs are standard with all orders. E-Proofs are given so that you can make sure the files are in-tact, and that nothing has shifted or changed since you submitted your artwork. If a color proof is necessary, we can provide one for an additional charge. We have a variety of papers in stock or available on a 1 day program.

My husband and I are celebrating our anniversary, and decided to pick somewhere to eat that we had never been. We got here at the perfect time, we waited maybe 10 minutes, got seated, and immediately received the best possible service. Emily took Such good care of us! She knew what to recommend, she kept our drinks filled, and was just a pleasure to meet. We got the brisket tacks and the nachos for apps, and the smoked turkey sandwich and the fish and chips for entrées. OMG. We couldn't finish it all, but it was so good. This will definitely be on our 'to-do' list whenever we come back to Gatlinburg

They were great in the beginning and printed my daughters wedding invitations quickly. However, we were told if we sent addresses he could print the envelopes....after multiple calls and emails we never got a response or the envelopes. Had to go find our own and print them in order to get them out on time.

Everything from customer service to the quality of print was absolutely top notch for me. And the best part of all... the prices are incredible. If you're in Knoxville and need a printer these are the people to go to. They're about 20 minutes east of down town but believe me when i say it is WORTH the drive.

OMG!!! I absolutely love this place! Not only were they kind and patient, they were very generous. My daughter is getting married in April and we heard from someone else who used them to print their wedding invitations so, we thought we would give them a shot as well. They printed, cut and wrapped our invitations within 30 to 35 minutes. And… not only that, the price quoted to us as discounted. And not only that, they close at 5 pm and in order for us to not have to drive back (45 minutes) they stayed over and printed our invitations. I really cannot say enough good about this company.
