I am the owner a small fashion business and in April I was harassed by a suspicious copyright law firm and it became very stressful they were asking for $30k in damages. I reached out to Carbon law group and they helped me take the best decision with my case, ultimately I decided to find resolution and solve the case, the suspicious firm did not contact us again. I'm blessed to say that my business has been growing amid the pandemic situation and it became necessary to have a lawyer in retaining. From a personal referral, I hired my lawyer Judy to review/draft all of the contracts that are needed to execute large scale transactions such as NDNCA, commission agreements, IMFPA, etc. She's always readily available even during off hours when I need some quick consultations! I called them to schedule a consultation, and was able to quickly set up an initial phone meeting for the next day at no cost to me. Judy Yen, one of their attorneys, called me right on schedule. I explained to her what I was trying to accomplish, my concerns, and my present as well as potential future needs. Though the conversation was brief and necessarily general at this point, Judy was able to give clarity as to what my next moves should be and the ways in which Carbon Law could help me move ahead. It's early in the process, and I'm still not entirely sure how things will unfold

This guy took 2 weeks to return a call and he became apprehensive when he realized that I knew the legal procedures and that he wouldn't be able to lie to me or charge me exorbitant prices for his services. They supposedly specialize in IP law I'd recommend Joe Carney professional & Hugh success rate.

New Review - Received a call from one of the senior personnel (lawyer), Pankaj. He took the time to speak to me and was very professional. Despite my review below which only pertains to the person picking up the phone, the talent and legal advice given was great. Too bad they no longer provide legal service in the capacity that I will "potentially" need them. Pankaj was able to get my trademark done when another firm couldn't. Zach kept me up to date on the little things throughout the process. I'm working with them on a couple copyrights as well.
Book a consultation and see to yourself. He's very professional and just by talking to him you know he knows what he's doing. Very articulate and will explain things in a way where a normal person like me could understand.

If I could put 10 stars I would. I came in for a meeting to discuss all things small business related. A friend and myself are starting a small business and basically wanted to ask questions to make sure everything would go smoothly.
