I was on my way from Ogdensburg, NY to Albany, NY during my normal weekly commute yesterday when I ran out of windshield washer fluid. Normally this is a no brainer and I just refill it myself and continue on my way. Well my hoodlatch was frozen due to rust and I couldn't get the reservoir refilled. I was in Port Leyden and wondering how in the heck I was going to make it down I-90 with a filthy windshield and no way to clean it...
