I own a Challenger RT. And wasn't very sure what tires to get for my vehicle's power. The team at NOVA Tire and Beyond are very knowledgeable about tires. With an excellent choice of tires on-site. And a very comfortable waiting room with a variety of free amenities including massage chairs. And i didn't wait more than 40 minutes for my tires to be installed and balanced and I was out the door.

I've been here a few times, all for tire patching. They've been great at accommodating me, even a couple of times when it was getting near closing time.
The customer service is excellent. They are friendly and professional.
The only minor gripe I have is that I don't understand why the person pulling my car into and back out of the garage feels the need to adjust the driver's seat and side mirrors. It's a 50 foot drive. Just bend your legs and move your head a little. You'll be fine.
I'm probably more finicky than most, but I find it to be a pain in the @ss to have to readjust everything. Finding

Our car was running rough with check engine light on. Went to this place to get it diagnosed. Their master technician comes up with all four O2 sensors, spark plugs, ignition coils, and air filters need to be replaced. The spark plugs were just replaced about 3 months before. I told them to just do an oil change and quote for the O2 sensors. Quote for the four O2 sensors was $200 with labor at $800!!!! Had a discussion with them why so expensive and given a whole bunch of bs. Just told them to change the oil and was charged another $115 for the diagnostic fee for a total cost of $210 and waste

Went to shop for a tire plug initially but also ended up getting new run flat tires which was over 1500 . The next day my car wasn't driving, spoke to Pablo And told him I'd bring the car in. He gave me a list of codes the device read off my car, which was a few hundred. I took the car to my main mechanic and was told my purge valve was disconnected And the ignition coil was tampered with. Not trust worthy

I was a little frustrated waiting as I had a few things to get done in a time crunch… I don’t blame them at all.. they were really busy and short handed.. but they were very apologetic and they did all they could to help keep me on track.. I respect that because I know what it’s like to be busy and short handed. The two gentlemen behind the counter are superstars. They really did ALL they could.. I got a flat right outside this location and looked to my right and saw the tire shop. Freaking out because I was in sawgrass and I live in downtown Miami. I went to them 30 minutes before they closed and they were so nice to help me. They were honest and showed me how I couldn't get a plug and needed a new tire. They were all so helpful

I had a great experience at Nova Tires and Beyond! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and everything went excellent. The service was quick, and the mechanics were knowledgeable. Mind you, I only went in for an oil change but Gaston and Pablo noticed the accident I had to the rear of my car and were prompt on assisting me with minor things and even offered me a free estimate for the repairs necessary for my car.

While my wife was shopping at the Sawgrass mall, I stopped at Nova tires because my car needed a balance, a oil change, tire rotation. The place is big, like 7 or 8 bays, clean, big parking lot. At soon i enter to the office i was acknowledged by an smiling face, they run always a good specials, they have a relaxation area, with free things to drink and snacks, like a dealer. Fast, super clean place, good customer service and good prices. Go check them out.

I came here because it was the nearest shop and it said it had a 4 star rating. i needed a single tire replacement after having one of my tires blow nearby. i was originally told that it was gonna take thirty minutes but apparently it was a misunderstanding because even though i told them my tire blew they thought i wanted it fixed not replaced so after that was discussed again they told me that the cheapest tire they could do for me was a final total of 146 dollars. so after giving them 3 1/2 hours i came back to pick up my car they had my clipboard with my keys ready at the front and i paid the

This is the worst repair shop I've ever had the displeasure to deal with. Intoxlizer set me up with an appointment to have the device installed. Nova told me my instrument cluster wasn't working, and for $300 they could fix it.I asked " so for an extra $300 , we're all set?" Pablo said yes, so I agreed. That was on a Tuesday. Wednesday, I got a call that they had pulled the cluster, and couldn't fix it. Wanted $575 for a new one. A rebuild costs $125, but they didn't want to do that. By far the worse place you can go to for window tinting! This place use to be Tint World as it has recently changed to Nova Tires & Beyond. I took my car here to get the windows tinted as it turned out to be a nightmare. Within days after the grace period of the tint there were excessive bubbles I noticed and dirt under the tints as they did not clean the windows prior to tinting. I went back to them after one week In person and informed them the tints were awful as they still had bubbles and the windows were not cleaned prior to tinting. The manager did not even acknowledge the problem instead

Top notch customer service, very competitive pricing (they actually priced match my new tires to online prices), great location (by Sawgrass Mills Mall), the facility is super clean, they have a cool waiting… lounge area with massage chairs, yes! Massage Chairs, free coffee and sodas! Their techs are just as picky as I am about my car, very careful with making sure all work was done perfect. I had these wheels mounted with new tires, overall, great place.

Had my car serviced here last week and had a great experience contrary to most mechanic shops I've visited in the past. My car was done quickly and the prices were great. They have a really nice relax area with massage chairs, coffees, tv where you can wait but I chose to go the sawgrass mall which is walking distance from them. Thank you Nova Tires & Beyond!
