My salesman never ever returned my calls
I was given a price of 50 cents a sq. Ft.
And free shipping.
They charged me for shipping twice
And screwed up my order twice in a row
When I voiced my displeasure I was told
That they were fine with me not doing business
With them any more. I don’t know who the owner
Of this company is. But he needs to fire a few people

Very good large format imaging and signage, but not so great customer service. They recently missed a show delivery that would have left our client standing in an empty booth with no graphics if we hadn't rushed out to Minneapolis with old graphics for the opening of the show until the new ones arrived a day late.
When we asked for compensation they offered a paltry discount on our next job. I was frankly surprised and disappointed by their dismissive attitude. We're a small but steady client and we've worked with them for the past five years. No more.
