I have had the most pleasurable experience in changing my insurance policies over to this agency! Agent Abby Webb was so polite and yet very professional in reviewing my policies and offering the coverages that she has available. She noticed some things missing in my previous coverage and offered these to me with no pressure or negative overtones! I also know that State Farm is an excellent company! Seth Rockey and his local State Farm staff are the best in the business. Whenever I have questions Seth or someone on his staff have guided me through my home, auto, and life insurance policies that are best suited for me and my family. Seth has always treated me with the upmost respect and I appreciate feeling like I'm known by name and not by a policy number. I highly recommend Seth Rockey and his staff.

Run away fast! I got auto & home was later pushed into life insurance. One of their office sales people I was helped by (seemed to be there with the most experience, she said she was there over 10 years) was incredibly pushy with life insurance. When I told her why I wasn't interested in buying life insurance she was rude and then still called me later about it. After saying no to the life insurance, I had another guy calling me from their office to get a checking account!
