Unless you want to conduct searches every day, you will not be able to stay on top of houses that hit the market that also meet your search criteria without a tool like our Property Watch. Often, more photos will be added to properties that you are interested in as they stay on the market. Photos are great for giving you a good feel of the home before making the decision to see it.
This tool is intended to be used as a useful starting point to help you determine an independent and unbiased assessment of what your home might be worth in today's market. Comparing your home to recently sold properties can also help you understand what your home is worth. Additionally, your real estate agent or appraiser will physically inspect the home and take into account special features, location and market conditions.

When you decide to sell your property there are so many emotions involved. For most of us selling property is something we do two or three times in a lifetime. The most important thing you can do in order to feel good about the sale is to have a competent real estate professional helping with the sale process. Rick Mayo is the most dishonest and unethical realtor I have ever worked with. He gave access to buyers before they closed and they dismantled our building. After months of inspections and negotiations we closed our business and moved equipment out. Then the day we finished closing our business and a day before closing he lied and bullied us to adjust price. We agreed to allow buyers to have a delayed closing with good faith. It ended up costing us more money. Rich gives his profession a terrible name. We have had over 40 real estate transactions and never had a realtor even close to as bad as

I had the absolute worst experience with Rich Mayo. He was dishonest, and very unethical. We have purchased and sold many properties, and this was by far the worst agent we have encountered. He represented the buyers and gave them access to our property which they dismantled before closing, leaving us in an awkward position. He then bullied our agent and threatened her. We finally closed but it cost us more money which was worth it just to be done! Rich Mayo was the worst realtor ever. Beware Folks he gives his industry a black eye.

Forest Rall was our agent in purchasing a home in March of 2014. He was organized when showing us around to the various properties and gave us space to look around at each one without any unnecessary pressure. He made what could be a stressful process more comfortable. Forest is friendly, professional and got the answers we needed quickly. He must have a good support team at the office. Kent Simonson was our agent and he did an incredible job. We are first time home buyers so needless to say had no idea what we were doing, Kent was very patient with us and explained everything we needed to know about the process. Cory Robinson made the process of selling a property amazingly easy. We priced based on market trends, but realistically and had an offer in less than 12 hours. I can't say enough great things about our experience with RCI! We recently went through the process of short selling our property. It is an agonizing process and we had no idea even where to begin. Jason and David went above and beyond the call of duty working with the bank and finding the best option for us.
