Lindsey is probably the most knowledgeable realtor in New Smyrna Beach and a valuable asset for anyone looking for a home (or looking to list one). I was looking in New Smyrna Beach for a 2nd home, preferably with 3 BR/2 Bath minimum, a pool, and walking distance from the beach. I wanted a realtor who lived their whole life in town, and not a transplant realtor from the North. I wanted someone who knew every inch of the beach front areas in town to advise on where there was less likely an impact from hurricane surge waters and flooding. Lindsey fit the bill.
