Once we signed the contract, the customer service was horrid. We could not get our sales person. Calls and emails went unanswered.
We got NO results from this. We attempted to make chabges to the advertising several times, but this company is not set up for this.
We paid our contract monthly for well over a year, and then had a credit card change and office move. We got a email out of the blue saying we were being sent to collections. No one ever called, or reached out to us. They say they sent us emails, but we of course had changed our server. We paid it of course, and then terminated the

I signed up for a 6 month trial for my hospital practice. I left the practice and received a notice that the payment method had been declined (Company CC was deactivated when I left.)
I told them to contact the new management at my old clinic and they told me that I had signed up, so I was personally responsible for the account. Waiting for resolution from the company.
I strongly recommend people do not use this service. ROI was low, professionalism was also less than adequate.

Stay away from these guys. We signed a 12 month deal, that automatically renews (by the way). No communication about the renewal and no recommended changes or checking on how their product was working for us. These people are the worst kind of marketing as is their product. STAY AWAY, it cost me Thousands of dollars to learn that lesson. Never again

Welcome Wagon was hands down the biggest mistake I've made in my business hands down.The sales people were so pushy and I felt being a new business owner they knew they could pressure me into this "advertising." I have literally not gotten one customer and it is ungodly expensive.
I never even got a follow up from the sales person who robbed me, they literally just take your money and run out the door. Word to the wise. Do. Not.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! Terrible company. I got ZERO leads after a year of advertising with them. Never heard from the sales rep after the day she got my credit card information. I spent almost $4k dollars and didn't get a single lead. I am not sure they ever sent out any of the books or brochures that they claimed they sent. How could there not be a single inquiry for my services if they sent out the thousands of mailers they claimed they sent? WELCOME WAGON IS BY FAR THE WORST WAY YOU CAN SPEND YOUR ADVERTISING DOLLARS!!!

We are a dental office in Orange County, CA and worked with Welcome Wagon from Jan 17' through Jan 18'. During our 12 month contract we received 1 call from a prospective patient with HMO insurance which very few dentists accept. The only assistance or check-ins were if we initiated contact and even then communication was sporadic. From our experience I would not recommend Welcome Wagon at all, huge waste of marketing dollars

This is the worse company EVER. There are no results with them. The addresses that supposedly the ad went to are vacant or wrong. We send some extra random cards to them to check... they all came back!!!!The office manager that gave the 5 stars in theses reviews is probably fake as well. Please do not sign anything with them. They will scam you. I signed up with them and 6 months after no results I told them I wanted out. The woman that answered was rude and had an awful smokes voice an no idea of customer service. I asked her to provide me with copies of the booklets

What ever you do never get involved with this company!! they will bring you no return and bill you every month!! you will see the salesmen once in the beginning and never again. Not only did we not get results from Welcome Wagon, they were terrible to deal with. Customer service did not return phone calls, emails went unanswered, and they automatically roll you into a new contract unless you write them a snail mail letter. But they are fast to harass you if you quit paying. When we requested a copy of our ads, they did not provide them. The people selling this advertising do not give you the information you need.
