I am honestly shocked that there are 1 star reviews for this company! I have had nothing short of an amazing experience with Hawthorn Creative.
We hired their team for web design and brochure design for my wedding venue and we were so blown by their quality of work and outstanding customer service! Special shout out to Ally who was our client services manger and took such great care of us!

Hawthorn worked on ad for a wedding show that I, as a graphic designer, was not allowed to design myself. The ads were not up to par and their review process was cold and ultimately unhelpful as they would not make the simple edits I requested. They instead would make small changes of their own and turn around new proofs that slowly increase the number of revisions which they bill for. Or, they would refuse edits to my "custom" ad because they had to work within a templated design. To me that indicates either a lack of ability to do the work or simply a lack of care, which is not worth

I had dreamed of having them help us rebrand our image since I started with my company 11 years ago. Last year I got to see that dream come to fruition.
We started by having them redo a simple sales piece, which them turned into redoing all of our pricing and sales pieces, a total of 6 components. That lead to them creating a new logo, business cards, and ultimately our website. We could not be happier with the qualityof the work and customer service that we got over the 12 months that we worked with them.

Hawthorn Creative helped us out tremendously! Not only did they take their time with our product but they checked on us frequently and kept in contact constantly. They were kind about all the changes we wanted to make (over & over) and always kept us in the loop. Emily O'hearn was outstanding and did an amazing job. Excellent at her job as well as her people skills and ability to communicate with us through e-mail.

I must say I have been working with Hawthorn Publications for about ten years now. I have not encountered one issue or problem with them, their policies or anyone on their staff. They have been really helpful when I've needed some guidance or support. They are unfailingly professional. Best of all, their publications are extraordinarily beautiful. It would be hard to guess how many clients have come our way after seeing an ad in one of their publications. Many, that I know.

Boy how I wish I had checked them out before I agreed to do an adv.
On the surface they seem to be reputable but they certainly are not!
I was over charged by a bookkeeping error on their part and they hit my credit card for the larger amount that their error created! I am still fighting to get my refund from them...I have my attorney on the case now and my bookkeeper has prepared a rundown of the account activity and they still stand firm and say go ahead and fight the charge through my bank.. they really do not care about service, quality of the ads they say they will design and least of all
