It was my first time getting insurance and my operator customized my insurance for the best possible deal including reducing my deductibles and getting everything I own insured and helped me plan for almost every situation for about half as much as competitors and I will be recommending State Farm to everyone.

I've had state farm for many years and I've never rand into a problem with them. The people in their offices are always very knowledgeable and helpful in any way possible. They always work with you in any way possible, and will cater to whatever needs you may be having. I just recently got a quote for a new policy and they walked me through the whole process with ease and I know exactly what I am paying for with my new policy. I would recommend them many times over.

Five stars is not enough! I have been a customer since 2012. We have Auto, Home, Life, and Boat insurance through Todd at State Farm. A couple of years ago we had an auto accident, where our vehicle was totaled. Todd helped answer all my questions and was very helpful through the entire situation. Christine and Michelle were so helpful during my whole move from Michigan to Ohio! I could always count on them when I had so many questions and they not only answered them, but they always went above and beyond to fix all of the issues and would always keep me informed about everything. Moving is hard, but they took so much pressure off so I was able to have one less thing to have to always worry about. Can’t wait to actually meet them someday! Ryan DeBarbrie assisted me with switching over from Progressive for my Auto Insurance, and we added Renter's Insurance too, and even INCREASING my Auto policy and ADDING Renter's Insurance, Ryan still saved me money! I was so impressed with how committed he was to helping me!
