Since earning his doctorate at the University of Texas at San Antonio in 1979, he has taken many continuing education courses including anti-snoring devices, dental implants, Lumineers, aesthetic dentistry, and much more.

I’m an active duty military officer. Dr. Skvorak took good care of my family while assigned to Fort Detrick, MD from 2010 to 2013. His Team always provided excellent care of my wife and kids. He referred them to specialists when indicated and provided treatment options as appropriate. After assignments at several posts in the country we are back in Fort Detrick and decided to be again under the care of Dr. Skvorak. The first visit of my wife and kids after our return was very professional and fully satisfactory. I highly recommend Dr. Skvorak and his Team.

Because of bad experiences with dentists, I have avoided them for too long. When my son moved back home and was looking for a local dentist. I decided to search with him and we found Dr. Skvorak. Our first ‘visit’ later and we were comfortable with his staff and his chair side manners. We feel that we have found an excellent dentist!

As a child I had terrifying experiences with dentists so as an adult my visits to the dentist were few and far between. It had been many many years since I had a dental visit but I knew it was time to bite the bullet. I figured the only way that I would have any work done would be if I were sedated.
