We had to do an entire new website because the current one had been super outdated. Morbiz made everything SO easy for our business and for me being a first timer setting something up like this. Want to give a special shout out to Tina, who I worked with for taking all of our ideas and making magic happen with her team. SCAMERS SCAMERS BE AWARE before you get ripped off like it happened to me, this people TINA,TARA,RYAN and the principal scammer old man ROGER WARD,,THEY will still your money, no matter if you have a contract with them they will not respect that they will start extortion you to stay with their services if you want to own your website wich is on the contract that you are paying for it every time different history, I lost 5,000 thousand of dollars and they still didn't give me my website but is ok ,lesson learned..I do have another one with different company. *** REVISED 2.27.2020 (see end of review) *** If there was negative, they would get it. The company I work for got a solicitation call from a Vandella or however you spell it. Once first communication was established, we got information on marketing schemes they were offering to the company. This woman insisted we use her company and we had another representative (Roger) follow up on another day along with a video conference to show us the features of the products they were offering. Once it was decided that we did not want to do business with Morbiz as it would not benefit our company and needs

So far, the folks at Morbiz have done everything they promised. I have been using them about six months now and they built an entirely new website that looks good. I like the ongoing and ever-changing blogs along with the google ads. I'm getting lots of ad views and responses from customers and other people. Our on line exposure is much better and we are in the #1 position across Google for our area. When I ask them to make changes, its always done quickly and professionally. I think it was worth the investment so far.

Years ago I helped an old man mechanic for free after hearing this Morbiz company was charging over $800 a month for a google map listing. I just found out they somehow convinced him to keep the service this entire time. Thankfully the new owner figured it out and cancelled. I'm completely sick this poor man was paying $800 a month that they couldn't afford. It's a tiny shop in a tiny town. Companies like these are tipoffs!! You people should be ashamed of yourselves.

Forget the over aggressive sales pitch, these people from the top down are shady. Got calls all the time and spoke with one of the owners whenever they needed to answer my questions. As soon as I paid, the owner didn't really care for my questions. They also don't really care to live up to what they sell you. I specifically asked what would b changed on my google plus listing. I was assured only the website would change on the listing. They not only changed the website on the listing but changed the phone number as well. I was very specific about not changing the number on the listing

I understand that you build your business by soliciting other businesses, but when you call during busy shop hours to promote your "professional" services & turn arrogant after being kindly denied, that doesn't display professionalism at all! It's a bother to sit there with the phone line tied up by your telecommunications personnel who's telling me that my boss is "ridiculous" for not wanting to pay to have someone display his business on the first page of a web browser. Obviously my phone line was being flooded with
