Hello my name is Dale Sauer I was born here, in Montrose, Colorado. I began in the building trade, helping my brother remodel our father's home in Montrose. I really enjoyed the work for some reason; I believe it was because every day and every job was different. I went to Anchorage, Alaska with my brother Dirk right out of high school.

Classic Construction does an amazing job! Dale is very detail oriented and gets the job done quickly and correctly the first time. He helps balance the cost of your project, but he ensures you are getting the very best materials at the best price. Dale keeps a very clean work site and is very organized, upfront and honest about every phase of the project. My wife and I highly recommend Dale for any project you may have. His expertise and integrity are unmatched in the industry. We couldn't be happier with the end product he delivered.
